Travis Harp has built his this life around service. His commitment began with his enlistment in the United States Army as an infantryman, where he deployed for 15 months to Eastern Baghdad during the surge. Serving with the 10th Mountain Infantry Division, he operated in sustained, high‑intensity combat environments that shaped his approach to leadership, resilience, and teamwork.

Travis has continued that dedication as a Firefighter/Paramedic. He is one of only three individuals in Arkansas to earn dual accreditation as both a Chief Fire Officer and Chief EMS Officer—an achievement that reflects both professional mastery and deep community trust. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Business Administration, pairing frontline experience with strong organizational and strategic capability.

In 2025, Travis joined the NWA Healthcare Coalition, where his collaborative leadership was recognized following the May 26th tornadoes. His ability to unite agencies, coordinate resources, and support affected communities earned him distinction across the region.

Collectively for his service he has received four lifesaving awards, the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Iraqi Campaign Medal with two campaign stars, the Army Good Conduct Medal, the Valorous Unit Award, and the Distinguished Service Award, among many others. Each reflects a career defined not just by longevity, but by impact.
